This beautiful land is located in the Gatineau Valley, in
the Outaouais area, a territory known for its possibilities
in terms of outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting,
camping, etc.

It is accessible through the municipality of Maniwaki. This
site is located approximately two hours from the
Ottawa-Gatineau area by routes 5 and 105 and four hours
from Montreal by routes 15 and 117.

To get to this enchanting and private site, from Maniwaki,
we take the Maniwaki road west for about 25 km.

This land of nearly 650 acres is entirely private. Over the
years, several kilometers of trails have been developed.
Most of them are on sandy ground and are accessible by
4-wheelers, ATV's, SUV's or Jeep's, snowmobiles, etc.

Bordered on the south by more than 3 km of the De l'Aigle
River, this river (at its low level) is well-known for its
golden and whitish colored sandy beaches. The water of this
river is clear and full of fish such as walleye, pike and
others.

Bordered to the north of this land is the Bras-Coupé-Désert
ZEC, many lakes and rivers, which welcomes every year
hunting, fishing and outdoor activities. This ZEC is
administered by one of the best in Quebec and is accessible
by obtaining a low rate permit.
